Today's Lesson

We uploaded the video up onto Adobe Premiere Pro and have watched through what seems like hunderds of retakes! We have decided on the shots we want and have cut the rest out.

We've completed the script and storyboard for our prelimenary task now and have also filmed it! It didn't take as long as we thought it would which is good because we now have next lesson to edit as much as we can!

Today's Lesson

We've finished editing our main task! We have cut our film down 2 minutes and it looks amazing! It has worked out better than what we expected and we're all happy with the result! We've got to touch up the storyboard because we cut things out that we originally wanted. We done this because after watching we thought it would look better without. We clicked on the Audio 1 button to mute the sound on the film. i.e the traffic. We are now looking for a song to use to play throughout the film.

More editing! Today we have come along way in the editing. I think we're nearly half way there which is brilliant. We have done the quick shots of the feet, face and waist and it looks really good. We had a bit of a panic when the clips we had just cut started jumping but we worked out we just had to cut the clip again of those 3 seconds.

Today we carried on editing our film. We were having trouble making the film go together after we cut it as there were gaps and the screen was left black! We eventually worked out how to do it properly and the film is coming along really well!

Today we started editing our film. We started cutting out all the re-takes we did of the sky and chose the best one. We then cut it down to the time we wanted. We have also decided on a title for the film; "Loser". We've also chosen a production company and distribution company name. 'Fase Productionz' and 'Checkmate'.

Uploading Our Video...

In last week's lesson we uploaded our video to Adobe Premiere Pro to begin editing our film. We uploaded it and watched it through a few times to decide which scene we wanted as we had re-filmed certain shots. We then discussed how we would piece the video together and what order the shots would go in as we realised it may look better if we switched two shots around. We then began looking for music to be played over the top of the film which would be suitable with our scene.
